Memmsta Hotels acts as an intermediary between users and property providers. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of the properties listed, the truth or accuracy of the listings, or the ability of property providers to provide services.

Our total liability to you for any damages arising from or related to your use of our service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific booking in question.
